Chief Executive Officer and President

Janny Lu is a global manufacturing executive and entrepreneur, serving as Chief Executive Officer of Ebinger Manufacturing Company and ROBOX AI, where she leads the integration of advanced manufacturing, global supply chains, and next-generation AI and robotics technologies.

Ms. Lu has led Ebinger Manufacturing, a U.S.-based manufacturer and master distributor of industrial fasteners, safety products, and construction components, since becoming sole owner, President, and CEO in 1994. Under her leadership, the company evolved into a globally integrated enterprise, combining U.S. manufacturing with international sourcing, joint-venture production facilities, and logistics networks to deliver high-quality, cost-competitive products.

With decades of experience in industrial operations and cross-border manufacturing, Ms. Lu has built extensive expertise in supply chain strategy, global sourcing, and production scalability across North America and Asia.

In 2025, she expanded her leadership into advanced technology as CEO of ROBOX AI, a company focused on applying artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation to transform industrial productivity and future manufacturing systems. Her work at ROBOX AI reflects a strategic vision to bridge traditional manufacturing with emerging technologies such as AI-driven operations, autonomous robotics, and intelligent supply networks.

In addition to her leadership roles, Ms. Lu has been involved in multiple related ventures spanning industrial products, textiles, and automation, reinforcing her reputation as a cross-disciplinary business leader connecting manufacturing and technology innovation.

Jason was president and chief executive officer of Key Safety Systems, a realized Fund I portfolio company, and the former chairman and CEO of Ford China. He also served as interim president and chief executive officer of Accuride Corporation and Chairman of SF motor. Jason began his career at Key Safety Systems in 1997 as director of engineering. He became president of the company in 2005 and served as the CEO from 2007 to 2017. Under his leadership, Key Safety Systems broadened its global footprint, product line, revenue and customer base globally. Jason currently serves on the boards of directors of Accuride Corporation, ATC Drivetrain, Elo Touch Solutions, Emerald Technologies, OneMagnify, SyBridge Technologies and Convergix Automation. He is chairman of the Detroit Chinese Business Association Advisory Board. Jason was named the Regional Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015 by Ernst & Young for entrepreneurial excellence in automotive supplier category. Jason received an M.B.A. from Michigan State University, an M.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Toledo and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology.

Dick Johnson

Dick Johnson

Dick Johnson has a diverse work history in the robotics and automation industry. Dick received his BS from General Motors Institute (now Kettering University) in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. He went on a GM Fellowship to MIT where he received an MS in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Control Theory.

Dick began his career at GM working on early use of robotics and machine vision. He then held executive positions at Rockwell Automation and GM Fanuc Robotics (now Fanuc Robotics). As business segment manager of the largest business unit at Fanuc he quadrupled his business to $135 million in 13 years. He spent four years extensively traveling the U.S. to meet with Fanuc robot integrators and perform business consulting to grow their automation businesses.

After leaving his 22 year career at Fanuc he ran Business Development at the world’s leading robot company in robotic waterjet cutting, now called Shape Process Automation. He had the same position for a startup, SurClean, in robotic ablation. He then was the COO & President for the U.S. division of a large Indian robot supplier, DiFACTO Robotics & Automation, where he brought the division to profitability and put it on a growth path. He is still involved with DiFACTO in Business Development.

Keven Wang

Keven Wang is the co-founder and CEO of UnitX, a Silicon Valley robotics company specializing in AI-powered visual inspection systems for manufacturing. Keven Wang leads UnitX, where he focuses on using AI and machine vision to automate factory inspection processes, improving product quality and production efficiency. He co-founded the company in 2018, building solutions that replace manual inspection with high-speed, high-accuracy AI systems used in industries such as automotive, electronics, and batteries. Wang has visited over 100 factories worldwide and holds patents in AI-based inspection technologies, with a strong focus on improving manufacturing yield, quality, and automation. Keven graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Computer Science concentrating on AI.

Thomas Tang is the CEO and co-founder of Anyware Robotics, a startup building AI-driven robots for warehouse and logistics automation. He previously helped establish the FANUC Silicon Valley Research Center, where he led the development of AI-based robotic solutions for industrial use. Tang holds a PhD from UC Berkeley in robotics-related fields and specializes in robotic manipulation, perception, and human-robot interaction. He has over 14 patents and multiple research awards. His work focuses on using AI and robotics to automate physically demanding jobs, such as truck unloading, through systems like the company’s Pixmo robot.
